Travel Beauty Essentials
Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation, Chanel Foundation Brush, Lucas Papaw Ointment, Stila Eyeshadow Palette, Too Faced Replenishing Face Primer, Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat, Body Shop Blush, Nars Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil.
When packing to leave for Europe, I had to do a major make-up cull. Fortunately, I discovered I only use a small, selective bunch of beauty essentials when doing my make-up routine and so the whole process wasn’t too painful! I believe in a “less-is-more” approach when doing my make-up. The above beauty items are used by myself everyday. My travel beauty essentials are:
1. Foundation & brush
I prefer to use a light-textured base and to keep my skin very clean.
2. Face Primer
I can’t stress enough how important primer is to your make-up routine!!! This base is used before foundation, and creates a layer between your skin and foundation. It keeps skin healthy and damage free!
3. Highlighter
The Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat is amazing. One of these babies is sold every 10 seconds… that’s how brilliant they are! A highlighter is used to eliminate dark spots on your face. When applied correctly, it gives you a glowing look that people just can’t place. Click here for a how-to video.
4. Blush
Everyone needs a little colour added to their cheeks… everyone! Smile, and apply to the apple of your cheeks for a natural look.
5. Lip Balm & Colour
Lip balm for during the day and a slight colour for night-time.
7. Eyeshadow Palette
The Stila eyeshadow palette is full of natural browns, golds and dark pinks which are perfect for my skin tone. The varied colour selection means that I can use the palette for day or night, which makes it a 2-in-1 for me! Bonus!
What’s a make-up product you can’t live without?

Thanks for sharing! I haven’t tried some of these beauty products but I think it’s time for me to stop over to sephora.
