Designer Goat

Venus Dress, Anise Top, Rocky Trouser, Redgrave Coat

Goat fashion designer label was founded by British designer Jane Lewis in 2001. I have chosen to focus on this designer for this post as I believe it embodies European chic at its best. The label identifies itself as being “synonymous with understated luxury”. The label first started as a cashmere range but has now developed into a full ready-to-wear collection. One of it’s most exciting clients is the Duchess of Cambridge (nee Kate Middleton) who has worn the label on several occasions.

What I love most about this label is that all its item are classic, timeless pieces made premium materials such as cashmere, silk and wool, so they are going to go the distance both in the style and time stakes.

A Goat piece would be an investment, especially if you went for one of their gorgeous wool coats. I have my eye on the Redgrave Coat in cream… It’s definitely on my shopping list!
