My New Love Of Flannel Clothing

I must have been living under a rock these past few years – how did I not know about Flannel clothing? I always passed it at my local shopping centre (Garden City) without walking in, even though I was quite certain I would like the clothes in there.

One of my best friends (you know who you are) is also a huge fan, and would occasionally show me some of the items she had bought that particular shopping trip. I would genuinely ooo and ahhh and STILL I wouldn’t walk into the store.

I don’t know what did it this particular day (it might have been the SALE sign on the window haha) but I was on my way out of the shopping centre and I just found that my feet took me right into the store and within seconds I had picked out this stunning skirt!

You know that moment when you look at an item and know it’s going to fit wonderfully and go with everything you already own in your wardrobe? Yeah… that was one of those moments.

The intricacy of the stitching on the front of the skirt is just stunning, and gives it just the perfect amount of detail to make it interesting. Oh, and don’t get me started on how comfortable it is to wear! Plus it’s versatility; I’ve worn it to work multiple times already, as well as wearing it on the weekend!
