The Cliffs Of Moher

The Cliffs Of Moher are simply stunning. I couldn’t believe the weather held out, and we got there so early that there was no one else around… it was truly amazing to be there taking in the view with only the sounds of the ocean and the many species of birds that live there!

The cliffs are situated on the west coat of Ireland, right next to the small town of Doolin, where we stayed the night. The town itself is small but we stayed at a cute and welcoming B&B and went down to the local pub for dinner (McGanns) and listened to live traditional Irish music. This pub plays traditional music every night of the year, and we were lucky to be there on a night where there were some visiting musicians as well. It made for the absolute best vibe!

The west coast of Ireland is known for its seafood, and so the boyfriend got seafood chowder and I had the fish n chips.

The best pub meal ever.

We will definitely be back.
