Breakfast Delight: Metrio & Co

There is nothing better than starting the day by going out for breakfast, especially on the weekend. In the past, I have always ordered scrambled eggs on toast. Yes, the most boring item on the menu. You might ask why I even go out for breakfast at all when I could make the meal so easily right at home! I have now come to the conclusion that I must try a new breakfast dish everytime I go out for breakfast. This past Sunday was at Metrio & Co on Angrove St in North Perth. I decided to go sweet and ordered the pancakes. I’m not much of a pancakes kind of girl….. but these were the best pancakes I have ever had in my life!! I hate maple syrup…. these pancakes were so good that I am now a fan of maple  syrup! They had mixed berries and mascarpone cheese as well. All in all…… a absolute BEAUTIFUL start to the day. I highly recommend it.
