Living here in Australia, especially living in Perth, it can be hard to source high-end designer wear at semi-affordable prices as well as fashion forward street fashion. Perth is lucky to have recently gained a Zara and Topshop however most of us Perthians have been doing our shopping online for ages! I thought I would share with you my top five online shopping websites.

1. netaporter.com

Net-A-Porter is a luxury designer website that focuses on presenting designer clothes, shoes, bags and accessories from leading designers such as Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Mark Jacobs and Lanvin, to name a few.

Obviously these brands are luxury brands and are priced accordingly however products are cheaper to buy online at net-porter than at your local Burberry store for example. Plus, there are the famous net-a-porter sales!

These sales happen twice a year, a summer season sale (July, so winter for us) and a after Christmas sale (which is happening right now!) If you’ve been keeping your eye out for a certain product on the site for some time, then you might just get lucky and watch as the prices are slashed significantly at sale time!

I’ve bought a few products from net-a-porter over the years and the speed of delivery (2-3 working days) and the packaging are amazing (black boxes tied with a big bow!

2. theoutnet.com

The Outnet is the sister site to net-a-porter and stocks outlet designer clothes, shoes, bags and accessories from the same designer brands as net-a-porter. Basically all the designer wear that doesn’t get sold on net-a-porter is sold on this website at a discounted price! It’s amazing… plus every few months or so, chosen designers will design a line specifically for The Outnet and at discounted prices! Whats not to love!? It’s a sale all year round!

3. asos.com

ASOS is a global online fashion and beauty retailer selling over 65,000 branded and own-label products. It is the UK’s largest independent online fashion and beauty retailer. It is safe to say that if you are looking for a particular style of clothing or accessory… you are going to find it on ASOS… by many different brands and in as many sizes and colours you can think of!

Shipping is amazing. For orders under $40, it’s $5 for delivery within 9 working days or free shipping for orders over $40 or you can pay $10 for express shipping and it arrives within 3 working days!

I dare you to check the website out and walk away without placing an order!

4. nextdirect.com

Next Direct is another UK retailer that has an amazing online store that ships to Australia. They stock many different collections including going out and occasion wear, casual wear, swim wear but the collection I find most appealing on the website is their tailored and smart looks. Next Direct design beautiful outfits for office-wear that don’t skimp on style or comfort. I’ve bought several outfits from this their tailored and smart looks collection and have never been disappointed!

Delivery is free to Australia for all orders over $30 or $5 delivery for anything under $30. Bargain!

5. witchery.com

Witchery is an Australian leading fashion label that designs amazing women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories. I’ve been shopping with them in-store and online for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed. The cut of the clothes fits me perfectly and the customer service you receive is always impeccable. I’ve bought everything from here from casual day outfits to casual and formal night outfits. Check it out.
