Untucked Shirt
The untucked shirt is hardly revolutionary, but it’s clearly understated in the world of style.
Most of us would probably wear an untucked shirt with jeans on the weekend; but is an untucked shirt appropriate for 9-5? Well I believe so!
For me it all comes down to the length of the shirt, as well as the detail. A plain white shirt that has no detail would look untidy if untucked when worn with a skirt/pants; but a shirt that has some sort of back detail, or has a shorter front to back, creates just enough contrast to be worn untucked.
